Find answers to common questions about our Health & Monitoring Services for WordPress Websites, including how monthly reviews work, what’s included, billing, website access, updates, service limitations, and more.

General & Service Fit

What are Health & Monitoring Services for WordPress Websites?

Health & Monitoring Services for WordPress Websites provide recurring, human-reviewed oversight of your WordPress website.

Depending on your plan, we review areas such as WordPress health, software updates, security hygiene, website availability, diagnostic errors, front-end functionality, accessibility, website integrity, performance, consent-banner functionality, and more.

After each review, you receive a human-reviewed report explaining what we checked, what we found, what may require attention, and practical next steps.

Do I need to use the OceanWP theme to subscribe?

No.

The service is available for eligible WordPress websites and is not limited to websites using the OceanWP theme.

Do I need to use OceanWP plugins?

No.

Your website can use OceanWP products, third-party WordPress products, or a combination of both.

Is this a traditional WordPress maintenance service?

There is some overlap with traditional maintenance services, particularly around software updates and routine website checks, but our primary focus is ongoing website oversight.

We review your website regularly, identify problems and areas that deserve attention, perform eligible standard updates where appropriate, and give you clear information about what should happen next.

The service does not include unlimited website management, development, repairs, or emergency support.

Is this a WordPress support subscription?

No.

Your subscription covers the scheduled checks, monitoring, eligible updates, and reporting included with your selected plan.

It does not include unlimited support tickets, on-demand troubleshooting, development requests, or ongoing technical support between scheduled reviews.

I already have a developer. Why would I need this service?

A developer and ongoing website oversight serve different purposes.

Your developer may build, modify, troubleshoot, or repair your website when work is required. Our service regularly reviews the website to help identify issues, changes, and areas that may require attention.

When something needs your developer’s involvement, your report can also provide useful context about what was observed and why it deserves attention.

In that way, the service can complement your existing developer rather than replace them.

Does this service replace my developer, hosting provider, security provider, or other specialists?

No.

Some findings may require action from your developer, hosting provider, theme or plugin developer, security specialist, legal adviser, ecommerce provider, or another professional.

Where appropriate, we’ll indicate the type of provider or person who would normally be best placed to handle the issue.

Is this service only useful when something is already wrong with my website?

No.

One of the main benefits of recurring oversight is identifying problems or changes that might otherwise go unnoticed.

And if the areas we review are functioning normally, we’ll report that too.

What happens if you don’t find any significant problems?

That’s a perfectly valid outcome.

A healthy website does not mean the service wasn’t performed. Confirming that the reviewed areas appear healthy is part of the service.

We don’t invent problems simply to make a monthly report appear more substantial.

Do you guarantee that you’ll find every problem on my website?

No.

WordPress websites are dynamic systems, and no scheduled review can guarantee discovery of every possible issue.

Our findings are based on your selected plan, the access and information available, and the website conditions that can reasonably be observed during the review.

Do the Health & Monitoring Services for WordPress Websites Terms replace OceanWP’s general Terms & Conditions?

They supplement them.

The dedicated Service Terms apply specifically to Health & Monitoring Services for WordPress Websites.

If there is a conflict between these Service Terms and the general OceanWP Terms & Conditions regarding this service, the dedicated Service Terms apply to the extent of that conflict.

Monthly Reviews & Scheduling

How does the service work after I subscribe?

Once we receive the required information and website access, we schedule your first website review.

We then perform the checks included with your selected plan and provide your monthly report.

For future reviews, we’ll contact you in advance of the planned review period so you have time to provide or reactivate any required temporary access and let us know about relevant website changes.

Do I need to request my website review every month?

No.

Your monthly review is part of your active subscription.

We’ll contact you in advance of future review periods.

Will I know when my monthly review is going to happen?

Yes.

We’ll contact you in advance of the planned review period.

This also gives you an opportunity to tell us about important website changes and, where possible, avoid scheduling major launches, migrations, redesigns, or similar work during the review.

Is my monthly review guaranteed to happen on a particular date or at a particular time?

No.

Unless specifically agreed otherwise, the service does not guarantee a particular review date, time of day, completion hour, response time, or resolution time.

Reviews are scheduled and delivered as part of our normal service workflow.

Do you continuously review my website every day?

No.

The human website review takes place during the scheduled monthly review period.

Certain included services, such as uptime monitoring, may collect information between reviews, but the service does not provide continuous human website supervision or continuous security monitoring.

Should I make major changes to my website while you’re reviewing it?

Where reasonably possible, no.

Major changes made during a review can affect what we observe and may mean that parts of the website have already changed by the time you receive your report.

If you’re planning a launch, migration, redesign, or other significant change, let us know before your scheduled review.

Plans & Website Coverage

What’s the difference between Starter, Lite, and Pro?

All plans provide recurring human-reviewed WordPress website oversight, but higher plans provide broader or deeper coverage in certain areas.

Starter focuses primarily on essential website health and the homepage.

Lite expands the review across additional pages and includes accessibility, website integrity, and performance coverage.

Pro provides broader page coverage, deeper website-integrity and performance checks, and consent-banner functionality testing.

The current plan comparison on the service page defines the exact checks and limits included with each plan.

Does the page limit mean you only inspect that many pages of my entire website?

No.

Page limits apply only to checks described as page-specific.

Site-level checks such as WordPress health, update reviews, uptime monitoring, available diagnostic errors, and other applicable site-wide checks are not restricted to the manual page-review limit unless specifically stated otherwise.

How many pages are manually reviewed?

Starter includes manual front-end review of the homepage.

Lite includes manual front-end and accessibility review of up to 3 pages.

Pro includes manual front-end and accessibility review of up to 5 pages.

How many pages receive a performance review?

Performance review is included with Lite and Pro.

Lite includes performance review of 1 page.

Pro includes performance review of up to 3 pages.

Does Starter include a dedicated performance review?

No.

The dedicated performance review is included with Lite and Pro.

Do you check both desktop and mobile?

Where front-end functionality is being reviewed, observations may include both desktop and mobile presentation.

The number of manually reviewed pages still depends on your selected plan.

Do you crawl my entire website for broken links?

Lite and Pro include website-integrity scanning within their respective service limits.

Lite includes reporting of up to 100 broken-link findings.

Pro includes reporting of up to 500 broken-link findings.

The limits refer to reported findings, and the service does not guarantee that every possible broken link, missing resource, redirect, or error will be detected.

What does the website-integrity scan look for?

Depending on what can reasonably be detected, the scan may identify issues such as broken internal links, broken external links, redirects, error pages, and missing resources.

Related findings may be grouped to make your report easier to review.

Will you fix the broken links you find?

No.

We’ll identify and report relevant findings.

Editing website content, locating replacement resources, correcting links, or creating redirects is not included in the standard service.

Can I request additional pages beyond my plan limits?

Your subscription includes only the checks and limits stated for the selected plan.

If you regularly require broader coverage, a higher-tier plan may be more appropriate.

Website Access & Credentials

What website access do you need?

WordPress administrator access is generally required to perform the monthly review.

Depending on your plan and the work required, certain activities may also require temporary SFTP or FTP access, access to appropriate log files, temporary file-management access, or another suitable way to access relevant website files.

You should provide only the access reasonably required to perform the service.

Do you require permanent access to my website?

No.

The service is designed to use temporary website access whenever practical.

We do not require permanent administrator or server access simply to maintain your subscription.

What should I do with your access after the review?

For privacy and security, we recommend removing or disabling OceanWP’s temporary WordPress administrator account and revoking or changing temporary SFTP, FTP, or other credentials after each completed review.

We’ll contact you again before the next review so new or reactivated temporary access can be provided.

Who is responsible for removing temporary credentials?

The customer is responsible for revoking or changing temporary credentials after the review where applicable.

Do you need access to my hosting account?

General hosting-account administration is not included.

Certain checks may require access to relevant files or logs, but this may be provided through SFTP, FTP, temporary file-management access, or another suitable limited method rather than unrestricted hosting-account access.

Do you need access to Cloudflare, Google Search Console, analytics, advertising accounts, DNS, or my email provider?

Not as part of the standard service simply because those services are connected to your website.

Unless specifically required and agreed for a particular service, Health & Monitoring Services for WordPress Websites does not include administration of hosting accounts, Cloudflare, Google Search Console, analytics platforms, advertising accounts, email providers, DNS services, or similar third-party platforms.

Do I need to provide SFTP access?

SFTP or equivalent file access may be required for certain activities, including some updates or diagnostic reviews.

Whether it is required depends on your website and the work being performed.

What happens if I don’t provide the required access in time?

We’ll complete the parts of the review that can reasonably be performed with the access and information available.

Checks that require missing, expired, incorrect, restricted, or unavailable access may be skipped and identified in your report.

Will skipped checks be completed later?

Not automatically.

Checks that could not be completed because of unavailable customer access, licensing, information, or website resources do not automatically carry over to another month.

They also do not automatically create an entitlement to a replacement review, service-period extension, or refund.

Am I responsible for ensuring the credentials work?

Yes.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that credentials and other required information are valid and available during the agreed review period.

Backups, WordPress Updates & Software

Do you review available WordPress, plugin, and theme updates?

Yes.

Available WordPress core, theme, and plugin updates are reviewed as part of the applicable service.

Will you automatically install every available update?

No.

Eligible standard updates may be performed when the appropriate conditions are in place.

If an update shouldn’t reasonably be performed, we may leave it untouched and explain the situation in your report instead.

What conditions need to be in place before you perform an update?

Depending on the website and update, we may require a recent backup, working WordPress administrator access, working SFTP or equivalent access where necessary, valid premium software licenses, and normal website conditions that make proceeding with the update reasonable.

Why do you require a recent backup?

Even ordinary WordPress, theme, and plugin updates can occasionally cause unexpected errors or incompatibilities.

Having a recent backup reduces risk and provides a potential recovery option if something goes wrong.

However, the existence of a backup does not guarantee that every failed update can be reversed or that every website can immediately be restored.

Will you create a backup before updating my website?

Where an appropriate backup solution already exists, we may create or trigger a backup if this can reasonably and safely be done through the website, plugin, or hosting setup.

If a suitable backup cannot reasonably be confirmed, we may leave updates untouched and report them instead.

Will OceanWP download or store a copy of my website backup?

Not as part of the standard service.

We do not require or intend to download or retain copies of your full website backup, database, or files on OceanWP systems.

If your backup solution requires us to transfer or retain a full backup outside your website or hosting environment, we may instead require you or your hosting provider to confirm that a suitable backup exists.

Do you guarantee that my backup works?

No.

We cannot guarantee that a third-party backup system is complete, current, free from corruption, or successfully restorable.

Does the service include restoring my website from a backup?

Full disaster recovery, hosting restoration, database restoration, or website recovery from backup is not included in the standard service.

What happens if an update causes a serious problem?

We may stop further update activity and notify you as soon as reasonably possible.

Where appropriate and reasonably safe, we may attempt limited recovery steps using the access available.

However, extensive troubleshooting, database recovery, hosting-level restoration, custom-code repair, extensive rollback work, and disaster recovery are not included unless separately agreed.

Do you guarantee that every update will succeed?

No.

Even standard software updates can occasionally produce unexpected errors, incompatibilities, or website failures.

A backup and appropriate access reduce the risk, but they cannot eliminate it.

Can you update premium WordPress themes and plugins?

Yes, when the update is legitimately available through your website and the required license is already valid and active.

Will you buy or renew a premium plugin or theme license for me?

No.

We do not purchase, renew, activate, borrow, or provide third-party premium licenses on behalf of customers.

What happens if a premium plugin or theme license has expired?

If the required license is expired, inactive, disconnected, or does not provide access to the update, we cannot perform that update.

We’ll normally report it as requiring customer action.

What if a premium product requires downloading a new ZIP file from the vendor?

If the installation package is not already legitimately available through the website and cannot appropriately be accessed by OceanWP, we will not obtain or download it on your behalf.

The update may instead be identified in your report as requiring customer action.

What happens if my website contains nulled, pirated, cracked, or unauthorized software?

We do not support, update, troubleshoot, or validate nulled, pirated, cracked, tampered-with, unauthorized, or unlawfully distributed software.

If we identify software that appears suspicious or unauthorized, we may refuse to interact with it, report it as a concern, recommend replacing it, or limit or stop work if continuing would create an unreasonable risk.

What if my developer has modified a plugin, parent theme, or WordPress core file directly?

Please tell us before your review if you know that this has been done.

Files managed by normal WordPress updates may be overwritten during an update, which can remove direct custom modifications.

If we become aware of such modifications and believe an update could overwrite them or create an unreasonable risk, we may leave the affected update untouched and report it instead.

Website Functionality & Contact Forms

What do you look at during a front-end website review?

Depending on your plan and the pages being reviewed, we may look at areas such as navigation, headers and footers, buttons, visible links, missing or obviously broken resources, desktop and mobile presentation, standard contact forms, and other obvious front-end problems.

Will you repair front-end problems that you find?

No, unless a particular type of work is expressly listed as included with your plan.

The service identifies and reports relevant issues.

Website redesign, content editing, coding, troubleshooting, repair, or rebuilding functionality is outside the standard service.

Do you test contact forms?

Where contact-form testing is included with your plan, we may submit a standard test through the specified form to check its basic observable functionality.

The number of forms tested depends on the selected plan.

What kinds of forms are included?

Standard contact-form testing is limited to ordinary website enquiry and contact forms.

Do you test checkout, payment, registration, subscription, or booking forms?

No.

The standard contact-form test does not include checkout forms, payment forms, account registration, subscriptions, bookings involving payment, or other transactional workflows.

Does a successful contact-form test guarantee that every email will be delivered?

No.

We cannot guarantee email deliverability, inbox placement, SMTP-provider operation, receiving-server behavior, spam filtering, or continued form functionality after the review.

Reports, Findings & Recommendations

What is included in my monthly report?

After your review, you’ll receive a human-reviewed report covering the checks performed under your plan.

Depending on the findings, it may include areas that appear healthy, issues or concerns identified, relevant context, completed or skipped updates, practical next steps, and the type of provider or person who would normally handle a particular issue.

Is the report just an automated scan?

No.

Automated tools may be used as part of some checks, but the monthly report is human-reviewed.

The goal is to give you useful context and practical information rather than simply hand you raw automated results.

Will the report include things that are working normally?

Yes.

Healthy areas may also be included.

Confirming that something appears to be functioning correctly is a valid part of the review.

Does a finding mean you’ll automatically fix it?

No.

Identifying or reporting an issue does not mean that remediation is included.

Where appropriate, we’ll explain the next step and who would normally be best placed to handle it.

Can you tell me who should fix a problem?

Where appropriate, yes.

A finding may be better handled by your hosting provider, developer, software provider, security specialist, legal adviser, ecommerce provider, or another professional.

Your report may help identify the appropriate next step.

If the problem comes from another company’s plugin or service, will you contact them for me?

No.

We may provide relevant information that helps you contact the appropriate third party, but managing support requests with third-party providers is not included.

Do I have to follow every recommendation in the report?

No.

You remain the owner and controller of your website and are responsible for deciding whether and how to act on recommendations.

How long is the report accurate?

The report reflects the website, access, information, and conditions reasonably observable during the review.

WordPress websites can change after a review, so the report should be understood as an assessment of the website at that time rather than a permanent certification of its condition.

Uptime Monitoring & Emergency Support

What does uptime monitoring do?

Applicable plans include informational monitoring of your website’s public availability.

This can provide historical visibility into periods when your website appears to have been available or unavailable, and relevant information may be summarized in your monthly report.

Is uptime monitoring the same as 24/7 website support?

No.

Uptime monitoring is informational.

It is not 24/7 emergency support, hosting management, incident response, an SLA, or a promise that OceanWP will immediately intervene when your website goes down.

Will you immediately fix my website if monitoring detects downtime?

No.

The service does not include guaranteed immediate investigation or intervention between scheduled reviews.

If your website experiences a critical problem, you may need to contact your hosting provider, developer, security provider, or another appropriate service provider directly.

Do you guarantee that my website will stay online?

No.

Website availability can be affected by hosting, DNS, networks, maintenance, attacks, third-party services, software failures, and other circumstances outside OceanWP’s control.

Is there an uptime SLA?

No.

Unless separately agreed in writing, the service does not include guaranteed uptime percentages, response times, resolution times, repair times, monitoring response times, or review completion times.

Diagnostic & Error Reviews

Do you review website errors?

Where relevant diagnostic information is reasonably available, we may review WordPress, PHP, dashboard, front-end, browser, or related errors within the scope of your plan.

Is the diagnostic review full debugging?

No.

The diagnostic review is intended to identify practical, obvious, or relevant issues.

It is not exhaustive debugging, forensic analysis, or comprehensive troubleshooting.

If no errors appear in my report, does that mean my website has no errors?

No.

An error may exist elsewhere on the website, occur outside the review period, be inaccessible with the available information, or develop later.

Security

Do you perform a security review?

Yes.

The service includes practical review of common WordPress security-hygiene concerns within the scope of your plan.

This may include areas such as WordPress and PHP versions, outdated software, administrator accounts, HTTPS, backup readiness, dashboard warnings, and relevant security measures.

Is this a complete website security audit?

No.

The service is not penetration testing, vulnerability exploitation, security certification, forensic security analysis, or comprehensive cybersecurity auditing.

Do you scan for or remove malware?

No.

Malware scanning, malware removal, and hacked-site recovery are not included.

Does subscribing guarantee my website cannot be hacked?

No.

No website can be guaranteed to remain free from attacks, malware, vulnerabilities, or other security incidents.

The service helps identify common security-hygiene concerns; it does not provide an absolute security guarantee.

Does the service include continuous security monitoring?

No.

Continuous security monitoring and incident response are not included.

Accessibility

Do you check website accessibility?

Applicable plans include practical automated and manual accessibility observations on the pages included in the plan.

Checks may include common concerns involving keyboard navigation, focus behavior, contrast, forms and controls, image alternative text, and other obvious usability barriers.

Is this a complete WCAG accessibility audit?

No.

The service is not a complete WCAG audit, formal accessibility certification, or legal compliance assessment.

Does the accessibility review guarantee legal compliance?

No.

We do not certify that a website complies with a particular accessibility law, regulation, standard, or jurisdiction.

Will you fix the accessibility problems you find?

No.

Accessibility remediation, content editing, design changes, coding, and manually correcting image alternative text are not included.

We identify and report concerns so you can decide on the appropriate next step.

Performance

Do you review website performance?

Performance reviews are included with Lite and Pro within the page limits of those plans.

What do you look for during a performance review?

We may review notable loading concerns, problematic or oversized assets, caching behavior, existing optimization configuration, obvious overlap between optimization tools, and likely contributors to poor website performance.

Does the performance review include optimization?

No.

Performance optimization, custom configuration, code modification, and hosting changes are not included.

Do you guarantee a particular PageSpeed or performance score?

No.

Performance results can vary based on device, location, network, hosting, caching, third-party services, testing tools, visitor conditions, and many other factors.

We identify useful performance observations rather than guaranteeing a particular score.

Consent Banner & Privacy Checks

Do you check consent banners?

The Pro plan includes a practical consent-banner functionality and behavior check.

Do you only check whether the banner appears?

No.

Where reasonably observable, we may also test interactions such as rejecting consent categories, saving visitor preferences, reopening consent controls, and whether obvious website behavior appears inconsistent with the visitor’s selected choice.

Is the consent-banner check a privacy compliance audit?

No.

It is a practical functionality check, not a legal or privacy compliance audit.

Will you tell me which consent model my business legally needs?

No.

We do not determine which consent model your business is legally required to use or which privacy laws apply to your business.

Do you certify GDPR, CCPA, ePrivacy, or other privacy compliance?

No.

We do not provide legal advice or certify compliance with GDPR, CCPA, ePrivacy, or other legislation.

Do you guarantee that every cookie, tracker, or script will be detected?

No.

Checks are limited to behavior that can reasonably be observed during the review.

We cannot guarantee that every cookie, script, tracker, or third-party technology will be identified or that every technology behaves correctly.

eCommerce Websites

Can I use the service for a WooCommerce or other ecommerce website?

Yes.

Ecommerce websites can use Health & Monitoring Services for WordPress Websites.

However, the service is not an ecommerce-management, transaction-testing, or payment-processing service.

Do you test my checkout process?

No.

We do not place real orders or verify completion of live checkout transactions.

Do you test payment gateways such as Stripe or PayPal?

No.

Payment processing, credit or debit card transactions, PayPal or other external payment services are outside the standard service.

Do you test orders, refunds, subscriptions, shipping, taxes, stock, or coupons?

No.

We do not test or manage order creation, fulfillment, refunds, recurring payments, subscriptions, taxes, shipping calculations, inventory, stock, coupons, or promotional rules.

Do you test ecommerce transactional emails?

No.

Transactional ecommerce emails are not included in the standard service.

Do you test customer accounts or ecommerce integrations?

No.

Customer-account workflows and integrations with accounting, fulfillment, CRM, shipping, payment, and other external ecommerce systems are outside the standard service.

Will you still notice obvious problems on my shop pages?

Potentially, yes.

If an ecommerce page is included within the normal front-end coverage of your plan, we may identify obvious visible problems such as a broken page, missing resource, broken link, or display issue.

That does not mean we’re testing the underlying transaction or ecommerce process.

WordPress Multisite

Do you support WordPress Multisite?

Not currently.

The service plans are intended for standard single-site WordPress installations.

Can I subscribe for just one website inside a Multisite network?

No.

A subscription cannot currently be applied to an individual subsite within a WordPress Multisite network.

Because Multisite installations share resources and network-level changes can affect multiple sites, they require a different service approach.

Content, Design, SEO & Development

Will you edit my website content?

No.

Creating, editing, rewriting, or publishing website content is not included.

Will you add or edit pages, posts, or products?

No.

Routine page, post, product, and content management is outside the service.

Will you redesign parts of my website?

No.

Website redesign, layout changes, fonts, colors, styling, spacing, templates, headers, footers, and navigation changes are not included.

Will you edit or optimize my images?

No.

Creating graphics, cropping, resizing, converting, compressing, replacing, or organizing website images and media is not included.

Will you manually fix missing image alt text?

No.

Accessibility checks may identify missing or problematic alternative text, but manually adding or correcting it is not included.

Does the service include SEO?

No.

SEO services, keyword work, content optimization, and SEO content editing are not included.

The service may identify technical or website-health issues that can affect the overall quality of your website, but it is not an SEO service.

Will you write custom CSS, JavaScript, PHP, or other code?

No.

Custom coding and development are outside the standard service.

Will you configure plugins for me?

Routine plugin setup and configuration are not included unless expressly stated otherwise.

This also applies to the complimentary Site Booster license.

Technical Support

Does my Health & Monitoring Services subscription include unlimited OceanWP product support?

No.

The monitoring subscription does not replace or expand the technical-support entitlement associated with OceanWP software products.

What if I already qualify for OceanWP product support?

You can continue to use the appropriate OceanWP support channels according to your product license and the OceanWP Support Policy.

Your Website Health & Monitoring subscription does not remove that entitlement.

Will OceanWP support third-party plugins because I subscribe to this service?

No.

Issues involving third-party products remain the responsibility of the applicable third-party provider unless specifically stated otherwise.

We may identify an issue or provide useful context, but that does not turn the monitoring subscription into technical support for third-party products.

Subscription, Billing & Cancellation

How often am I billed?

Health & Monitoring Services for WordPress Websites plans are billed monthly in advance.

Does my subscription renew automatically?

Yes.

The subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel it.

Is there an annual commitment?

No.

The current Website Health & Monitoring plans are monthly subscription services.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes.

You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals.

What happens when I cancel?

Cancellation stops future subscription renewals.

It does not automatically refund or reverse a payment that has already been processed for the current service period.

Any already-paid service period remains subject to the normal Service Terms, including access, scheduling, and cooperation requirements.

Will I receive a refund if I cancel after my monthly payment has been processed?

No, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Payments for Website Health & Monitoring Services are non-refundable.

Are these services covered by the same refund policy as OceanWP software products?

No.

The refund conditions that apply to OceanWP software products do not apply to Website Health & Monitoring Services.

The monitoring service has its own service-specific refund terms.

Can I receive a refund if I change my mind or decide not to use the service?

No, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Can I receive a refund if I fail to provide the required website access?

No.

Missing access or information does not automatically entitle you to a refund.

Can I receive a refund if some checks cannot be completed?

No.

If required access, licensing, website functionality, information, or other resources are unavailable, some checks may not be possible.

That does not automatically create an entitlement to a refund.

Can I request a refund if you don’t find anything wrong with my website?

No.

The service is the professional review and oversight itself, not a guaranteed number of findings.

Confirming that the reviewed areas appear healthy is a valid outcome.

How many websites does one subscription cover?

One subscription covers one WordPress website.

Each additional website requires its own active subscription.

Can I use the same subscription to review different websites each month?

No.

A subscription cannot be repeatedly moved between websites for the purpose of obtaining reviews for multiple websites.

What if I permanently need to change the website associated with my subscription?

Contact us before the next scheduled review.

A permanent website change can be handled separately, but the subscription cannot be used to rotate regular reviews between multiple websites.

Complimentary Site Booster License

Is Site Booster included with my Website Health & Monitoring subscription?

An eligible first Website Health & Monitoring subscription includes one complimentary 12-month Site Booster license for one website.

It is a one-time benefit.

When do I receive the complimentary Site Booster license?

The complimentary license is provided following completion of your first website review.

Do I receive another Site Booster license every time my monitoring subscription renews?

No.

The complimentary license is issued once.

It is not reissued, renewed, extended, or replaced each time your monitoring subscription renews.

Do I receive another complimentary license if I change monitoring plans?

No.

Changing plans does not create another complimentary Site Booster license.

What if I cancel the monitoring service and subscribe again later?

The complimentary license is not reissued simply because the monitoring subscription was cancelled and later resumed.

It is a one-time benefit.

What happens to my Site Booster license if I cancel Website Health & Monitoring?

Once issued, the complimentary Site Booster license remains under your control for its 12-month term even if you later cancel the Website Health & Monitoring subscription.

The two subscriptions are separate.

Is Site Booster required to use the monitoring service?

No.

The complimentary Site Booster license is an additional benefit.

You decide whether to install or use Site Booster and which features to enable.

Will you install or configure Site Booster for me?

No.

Installation, setup, configuration, optimization, migration, and ongoing management of Site Booster are not included in the Website Health & Monitoring service.

Can I exchange the complimentary Site Booster license for money or a discount?

No.

The license has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for a refund or subscription credit.

It does not reduce the price of your Website Health & Monitoring subscription.

Does the complimentary Site Booster license automatically renew after 12 months?

Yes, automatic renewal is enabled by default when the Site Booster license is claimed.

Unless you cancel the Site Booster subscription before its renewal date, it will automatically renew at the applicable renewal price.

This is separate from your Website Health & Monitoring subscription.

Can I cancel the Site Booster renewal?

Yes.

You can manage or cancel the Site Booster subscription independently.

Cancelling Site Booster does not automatically cancel Website Health & Monitoring, and cancelling Website Health & Monitoring does not automatically cancel Site Booster.

Are Site Booster renewal payments refundable?

No.

Site Booster renewal payments are non-refundable and remain subject to the applicable OceanWP product terms and Refund Policy.

Do I receive technical support for the complimentary Site Booster license?

Where you are eligible for Site Booster technical support, normal OceanWP product support remains available through the applicable support channels and according to the OceanWP Support Policy.

Service Limits & Guarantees

Does the service guarantee that my website will remain error-free?

No.

WordPress websites depend on WordPress itself, hosting, databases, themes, plugins, custom code, APIs, caching, external services, and other components.

Problems can occur even when reasonable precautions are taken.

Can problems happen between monthly reviews?

Yes.

A website can develop problems at any time.

The service provides recurring scheduled oversight; it does not guarantee that nothing will happen between reviews.

Do you guarantee that every incompatibility will be detected before an update?

No.

Not every software incompatibility can be predicted in advance.

Do you guarantee that a failed update can always be reversed?

No.

Backups and appropriate access reduce risk, but we cannot guarantee that every failed update can be reversed or immediately restored.

Are third-party failures covered by the service?

We may identify or report likely third-party problems, but OceanWP does not control third-party hosting providers, themes, plugins, APIs, payment gateways, email providers, DNS providers, external scripts, or other services.

We are not responsible for their outages, defects, licensing restrictions, policy changes, discontinued products, or service interruptions.

Is there an emergency or 24/7 support service included?

No.

Website Health & Monitoring is scheduled recurring oversight, not emergency WordPress support.

For a critical problem between scheduled reviews, you may need to contact the appropriate hosting provider, developer, security provider, or other specialist directly.

Does the service include a service-level agreement?

No, unless expressly agreed in writing.

There is no guaranteed uptime percentage, response time, resolution time, repair time, monitoring response time, or review completion time to the hour.

Can the Website Health & Monitoring Service Terms change?
