These Terms of Service apply specifically to OceanWP Health & Monitoring Services for WordPress Websites and supplement the general OceanWP Terms & Conditions.

If there is any conflict between these Service Terms and the general OceanWP Terms & Conditions regarding the WordPress Website Health & Monitoring Services, these Service Terms apply to the extent of that conflict.

Other OceanWP policies apply only where relevant or expressly referenced in these Service Terms. For example, separate product policies may apply to the complimentary Site Booster license, and the OceanWP Support Policy applies where eligible OceanWP product support is used.

By purchasing or using Health & Monitoring Services for WordPress Websites, you agree to these Service Terms and the applicable general OceanWP Terms & Conditions.

1. Service Summary

Health & Monitoring Services for WordPress Websites provide recurring human-reviewed oversight of eligible WordPress websites.

Depending on the plan you choose, the service may include WordPress health and security-hygiene checks, update reviews and eligible standard updates, uptime monitoring, diagnostic error observations, website functionality checks, accessibility observations, website integrity scans, performance reviews, consent banner functionality checks, and a monthly report.

The exact checks and coverage depend on the plan purchased.

These services are designed to identify relevant problems, highlight areas that may require attention, and provide practical next steps. They are not unlimited WordPress support, website management, development, repair, emergency response, or a guarantee that every possible website problem will be detected or prevented.

2. Plans and Service Scope

Each subscription includes only the services, checks, limits, and other features described for the selected plan.

Current plans include Starter, Lite, and Pro.

Higher-tier plans include broader or deeper coverage in certain areas. Purchasing a plan does not include work that is listed as part of another plan unless specifically stated.

Page limits apply only to checks that are described as page-specific.

At the time of publication:

  • Starter includes manual front-end review of the homepage.
  • Lite includes manual front-end and accessibility review of up to 3 pages, and performance review of 1 page.
  • Pro includes manual front-end and accessibility review of up to 5 pages, and performance review of up to 3 pages.
  • Lite includes an integrity scan covering up to 100 broken-link findings.
  • Pro includes an integrity scan covering up to 500 broken-link findings.

WordPress health, update reviews, uptime monitoring, available diagnostic errors, and other site-level checks are not limited to those individual page counts unless otherwise stated.

The service description and plan coverage displayed on the service website form part of the applicable service scope.

3. One Website per Subscription

Each subscription covers 1 (one) WordPress website.

A separate active subscription is required for each additional website.

A subscription cannot be shared between multiple websites or moved repeatedly between websites for the purpose of obtaining reviews for more than one website.

If you need to permanently change the website associated with your subscription, contact us before the next scheduled review.

4. Monthly Billing and Automatic Renewal

WordPress Website Health & Monitoring plans are subscription services billed monthly in advance.

Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the applicable recurring charge for future renewal periods until you cancel the subscription.

The price displayed at checkout applies to the subscription subject to the applicable OceanWP purchasing terms.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals.

Cancelling your subscription does not automatically refund or reverse a payment already made for the current service period.

Cancellation applies to future billing. Any already-paid service period remains subject to these Service Terms, including access, scheduling, and cooperation requirements.

6. Refunds

Payments for Health & Monitoring Services for WordPress Websites are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law. The refund conditions applicable to OceanWP software products do not apply to these services.

This includes situations where:

  • you change your mind after purchasing;
  • you decide not to use the service;
  • you cancel after a monthly payment has already been processed;
  • required website access or information is not provided;
  • some checks cannot be completed because required access, data, licensing, or website functionality is unavailable;
  • no significant problems are found during the review.

A healthy website does not mean the service was not performed. Confirming that reviewed areas are functioning normally is a valid outcome of the service.

7. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information and the access reasonably required to perform the services included in your plan.

You must have the legal authority to grant OceanWP access to the website and any related resources you provide.

You are also responsible for ensuring that:

  • provided credentials are valid during the agreed review period;
  • you have appropriate rights or licenses for the WordPress themes, plugins, and other software installed on the website;
  • premium software licenses required for updates are active where necessary;
  • required backups are available before eligible updates are performed;
  • you notify us about significant website changes, migrations, launches, or other circumstances that may affect the scheduled review.

You remain the owner and controller of your website and are responsible for decisions made based on our findings or recommendations.

8. Website Access

The type of access required depends on the services included in your plan.

WordPress administrator access is generally required to perform the monthly review.

Certain activities, including eligible updates or diagnostic error reviews, may also require SFTP access, access to appropriate log files, or another suitable temporary method of accessing relevant website files.

We do not require access to unrelated third-party accounts simply because they are connected to your website.

Unless specifically required and agreed for a particular service, the subscription does not include administration of hosting accounts, Cloudflare, Google Search Console, analytics platforms, advertising accounts, email providers, DNS services, or other third-party platforms.

You should provide only the access reasonably required for the service.

9. Scheduling Monthly Reviews

After the required initial information and access have been received, we schedule the first website review.

For future monthly reviews, we contact you in advance of the planned review period.

This advance notice gives you an opportunity to inform us about relevant changes and to avoid scheduling major website launches, migrations, redesigns, or other significant work during the review period.

The subscription does not guarantee a specific review date, time of day, completion hour, or emergency response time unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

10. Temporary Access and Credential Security

The service is designed to use temporary website access whenever practical.

Depending on the selected plan and the work required, this may include temporary:

  • WordPress administrator access;
  • SFTP or FTP access;
  • temporary file-management access;
  • other limited website access reasonably required to perform the scheduled review.

For privacy and security reasons, we recommend that customers remove or disable OceanWP’s WordPress administrator account and revoke or change temporary SFTP, FTP, or other credentials after each completed review.

Before the next scheduled monthly review, we will contact the customer in advance so that new or reactivated access can be provided.

This approach helps reduce unnecessary long-term access to the customer’s website and protects both the customer and OceanWP.

Customers are responsible for revoking or changing credentials after the review where applicable.

OceanWP does not require permanent administrative or server access as a condition of maintaining the subscription.

11. Missing or Unavailable Access

It is your responsibility to ensure that required credentials and information are available when the monthly review takes place.

If required access is missing, expired, incorrect, unavailable, or restricted, we may complete only the parts of the review that can reasonably be performed with the access available.

Unavailable checks may be identified in your report.

A missed or incomplete check caused by unavailable customer access, licensing, information, or website resources does not automatically entitle you to a refund, replacement review, or extension of the service period.

Checks that could not be completed do not automatically carry over to a future month.

12. WordPress, Theme, and Plugin Updates

Available WordPress core, plugin, and theme updates are reviewed as part of the applicable service.

Eligible standard updates may be performed when the required conditions are in place, including:

  • a recent backup;
  • working WordPress administrator access;
  • working SFTP or equivalent file access where required;
  • valid and active licenses for premium software;
  • normal website conditions that make proceeding with the update reasonable.

Updates are performed using the normal update methods available to the website wherever possible.

Even standard WordPress, theme, or plugin updates may occasionally cause unexpected errors, incompatibilities, or website failures.

A backup and SFTP access reduce risk but do not guarantee that every failed update can be reversed or that website functionality can always be restored immediately.

If a serious problem occurs during an update, we may stop further update activity and notify the customer as soon as reasonably possible.

Where appropriate and reasonably safe, we may attempt limited recovery steps available within the access provided. However, full troubleshooting, database recovery, hosting-level restoration, custom code repair, extensive rollback work, or disaster recovery are not included unless expressly agreed separately.

13. Premium Themes, Plugins, and Other Licensed Software

OceanWP can update premium themes, plugins, or other licensed WordPress software only when the update is legitimately available through the customer’s website and the required license is already valid and active.

We do not purchase, renew, activate, borrow, or provide third-party premium licenses on behalf of the customer.

If a premium product’s license has expired, is inactive, is disconnected, or otherwise does not provide access to the update, we cannot perform that update.

Some premium products require the customer to manually obtain and upload a new ZIP package even when a valid license exists.

If performing an update requires access to a premium installation package that is not already available through the website or cannot legitimately be accessed by OceanWP, we will not obtain or download that package on the customer’s behalf.

The update may instead be reported as requiring customer action.

14. Nulled, Pirated, or Unauthorized Software

Customers are responsible for ensuring that software installed on their website has been obtained from legitimate and authorized sources.

OceanWP does not support, update, troubleshoot, validate, or take responsibility for software obtained from websites or services that distribute nulled, pirated, cracked, tampered with, unauthorized, or otherwise unlawfully distributed versions of commercial WordPress themes, plugins, or other software.

Such software may contain malicious code, hidden modifications, outdated files, security vulnerabilities, or other changes that cannot reasonably be identified during a standard website review.

If we identify software that appears to be nulled, pirated, unauthorized, or otherwise suspicious, we may:

  • refuse to update or interact with it;
  • identify it as a concern in the report;
  • recommend its removal or replacement;
  • limit or stop work where continuing would create an unreasonable risk.

OceanWP is not responsible for website damage, data loss, security incidents, malware, failures, or other consequences caused by or related to unauthorized, nulled, pirated, or modified third-party software.

14.1. Custom Modifications to Update-Managed Files

Customers are responsible for ensuring that custom website modifications have been implemented in a way that can safely coexist with normal WordPress, theme, and plugin updates.

OceanWP is not responsible for the loss of custom modifications made directly to WordPress core files, parent theme files, plugin files, or other files that are normally replaced or overwritten during an update.

Where custom modifications have been applied directly to update-managed files, a standard update may overwrite those modifications and change or remove the resulting functionality, styling, or behavior.

Customers are responsible for using appropriate WordPress customization methods and for informing us before a scheduled review if they know that their website contains direct modifications to core, parent theme, or plugin files.

If we become aware of such modifications and believe an update may overwrite them or otherwise create an unreasonable risk, we may leave the affected update untouched and report it instead.

15. Backups & Backup Availability

Where eligible updates are included in the selected plan, we require reasonable confirmation that a recent website backup is available before proceeding.

Depending on the backup solution already used by the website, we may also create or trigger a backup before performing updates where this can be done safely through the existing website, plugin, or hosting setup.

OceanWP does not require or intend to download or retain copies of the customer’s website backup, database, files, or other website data on OceanWP systems as part of the standard service.

If the customer’s existing backup method requires us to download, transfer, or retain a full website backup outside the customer’s own website or hosting environment, we may decline to create that backup and may instead require the customer or hosting provider to confirm that a suitable backup exists.

We do not guarantee that any third-party backup system is complete, current, free from corruption, or successfully restorable.

Where a suitable backup cannot reasonably be confirmed, we may leave updates untouched and report them instead.

Full disaster recovery, hosting restoration, database restoration, or website recovery from backup is not included in the standard monitoring service.

16. Uptime Monitoring

Applicable plans include informational monitoring of the public availability of the website.

Uptime information may be summarized in the monthly report.

Uptime monitoring is intended to provide historical visibility into website availability. It is not:

  • 24/7 emergency support;
  • an uptime guarantee;
  • hosting management;
  • an incident-response service;
  • an SLA;
  • a promise that OceanWP will intervene immediately when downtime occurs.

Website availability can be affected by hosting providers, DNS services, networks, maintenance, attacks, third-party services, and other factors outside OceanWP’s control.

17. Diagnostic and Error Review

Where relevant diagnostic information is reasonably available, we may review WordPress, PHP, dashboard, front-end, browser, or related errors within the scope of the selected plan.

This is intended as a practical review for obvious or relevant issues.

It is not exhaustive debugging or forensic analysis.

The absence of an error from the report does not guarantee that no error exists elsewhere on the website, occurred outside the review period, or could not occur later.

18. Website Functionality Checks

Applicable plans include manual review of specified website pages or user journeys.

Depending on the plan, this may include observations relating to:

  • navigation;
  • headers and footers;
  • buttons;
  • visible links;
  • missing or obviously broken resources;
  • desktop and mobile presentation;
  • standard contact forms;
  • obvious front-end problems.

These checks are performed under the conditions reasonably observable during the review.

We identify and report relevant issues. Website redesign, content editing, coding, repair, troubleshooting, or rebuilding functionality is not included unless specifically stated.

19. Contact Form Testing

Where included, we may submit a standard test through the specified contact form.

The purpose of the test is to check basic observable functionality.

We cannot guarantee email deliverability, inbox placement, third-party SMTP operation, receiving-server behavior, spam filtering, or continued form operation after the review.

The number of forms tested depends on the selected plan.

Standard contact-form testing included in the applicable plan is limited to ordinary website enquiry/contact forms. It does not include checkout forms, payment forms, account registration, subscriptions, bookings involving payment, or other transactional workflows.

20. Accessibility Checks

Applicable plans include practical automated and manual accessibility observations on the pages included in the plan.

These may include common concerns involving:

  • keyboard navigation;
  • focus behavior;
  • contrast;
  • forms and controls;
  • image alternative text;
  • other obvious usability barriers.

This service is not a complete WCAG audit, accessibility certification, legal compliance review, or guarantee of accessibility compliance.

We do not certify that a website complies with any particular accessibility law, regulation, standard, or jurisdictional requirement.

21. Website Integrity Scans

Lite and Pro plans include website integrity scanning within the limits described for each plan.

The scan may identify:

  • broken internal links;
  • broken external links;
  • redirects;
  • error pages;
  • detectable missing resources.

Relevant findings may be grouped to make the report easier to review.

Lite includes up to 100 broken-link findings and Pro includes up to 500.

These limits apply to reported findings and the service does not guarantee that every possible broken link, missing resource, redirect, or error on the website will be detected.

Correcting links, finding replacement resources, creating redirects, and editing website content are not included.

22. Performance Reviews

Lite and Pro plans include performance review of the number of pages specified for the selected plan.

We may review:

  • notable loading concerns;
  • problematic or oversized assets;
  • caching behavior;
  • existing optimization configuration;
  • obvious overlap between optimization tools;
  • likely contributors to poor website performance.

Performance results can vary depending on device, location, network, hosting, caching, third-party services, testing tools, visitor conditions, and many other factors.

The service does not include performance optimization, custom configuration, code modification, hosting changes, or guaranteed performance scores or results.

23. Security-Hygiene Review

The service includes practical review of common WordPress security-hygiene concerns within the selected plan.

This may include observations relating to WordPress and PHP versions, outdated software, administrator accounts, HTTPS, backup readiness, dashboard warnings, and the presence or configuration of relevant security measures.

This is not:

  • malware scanning or malware removal;
  • penetration testing;
  • vulnerability exploitation;
  • security certification;
  • continuous security monitoring;
  • incident response;
  • a guarantee against hacking, malware, attacks, vulnerabilities, or other security incidents.

No website can be guaranteed to remain free from security incidents.

24. Consent Banner Functionality Check

The Pro plan includes a practical consent banner functionality and behavior check.

We go beyond checking whether the banner simply appears.

Where reasonably observable, we may test key interactions such as:

  • rejecting consent categories;
  • saving visitor preferences;
  • reopening consent controls;
  • whether obvious website behavior appears inconsistent with the visitor’s selected choice.

This service checks practical functionality only.

It is not a legal or privacy compliance audit.

OceanWP does not:

  • determine which consent model your business is legally required to use;
  • determine which privacy laws apply to your business;
  • review your website against specific privacy legislation;
  • provide legal advice;
  • certify GDPR, CCPA, ePrivacy, or other legal compliance;
  • guarantee that every cookie, script, tracker, or third-party technology has been identified or behaves correctly.

Checks are limited to behavior that can reasonably be observed during the review.

You remain responsible for determining the privacy and consent requirements that apply to your business and website.

25. Monthly Reports and Recommendations

After the monthly review, you receive a human-reviewed report covering the checks performed under your plan.

The report may include:

  • areas that appear healthy;
  • issues or concerns identified;
  • relevant context;
  • completed or skipped updates;
  • practical next steps;
  • the type of provider or person who would normally handle a particular issue.

Reports are based on the website, information, access, and conditions available at the time of the review.

A report represents our professional assessment based on what was reasonably observable. It does not guarantee that every possible issue has been identified.

Website conditions can also change after the review has been completed.

Recommendations are provided for informational and practical guidance. You remain responsible for deciding whether and how to act on them.

26. Work Outside the Service

Unless specifically listed as included in the selected plan, Health & Monitoring Services for WordPress Websites do not include:

  • custom coding or development;
  • website redesign or layout changes;
  • content creation or editing;
  • page, post, or product management;
  • image or media editing;
  • comprehensive troubleshooting or debugging;
  • repairing or remediating issues identified during the review, unless the work is specifically listed as included in the selected plan;
  • malware cleanup or hacked-site recovery;
  • database repair;
  • hosting, server, DNS, or email administration;
  • ecommerce transaction or payment testing;
  • order, subscription, shipping, tax, or inventory management;
  • SEO services or content optimization;
  • performance optimization work;
  • accessibility remediation;
  • privacy or legal compliance services;
  • setup or configuration of complimentary Site Booster;
  • setup or configuration of unrelated plugins or services;
  • emergency response;
  • ongoing technical support, ad-hoc troubleshooting, or support tickets between scheduled reviews.

Where appropriate, the monthly report may recommend that you contact your host, developer, software provider, security specialist, legal adviser, ecommerce provider, or another appropriate professional.

Identifying or reporting an issue does not mean that correcting the issue is included in the subscription.

27. Third-Party Products and Services

WordPress websites commonly depend on hosting providers, plugins, themes, APIs, email providers, DNS providers, payment gateways, consent platforms, external scripts, and other third-party products or services.

OceanWP does not control these third parties.

We are not responsible for failures, outages, defects, policy changes, discontinued products, licensing restrictions, external service interruptions, or other actions caused by third-party providers.

Where we identify a likely third-party issue, we may provide information that can help you contact the appropriate provider.

28. Complimentary Site Booster License

An eligible first subscription to a Health & Monitoring Services for WordPress Websites plan includes one complimentary 12-month Site Booster license for one website, as described in the applicable service offer.

The complimentary Site Booster license is a one-time benefit and is provided once following completion of the first website review. It is not reissued because the monitoring subscription renews, changes plans, or is cancelled and later resumed.

It is not renewed, extended, or replaced each time the Website Health & Monitoring subscription renews. Once issued, the complimentary license remains under the customer’s control for its 12-month term, regardless of whether the Website Health & Monitoring subscription subsequently renews or is cancelled.

The complimentary license:

  • applies to one website;
  • is provided once as a complimentary benefit;
  • has no cash value;
  • cannot be exchanged for a refund or subscription credit;
  • does not reduce the price of the Website Health & Monitoring subscription;
  • remains subject to the applicable Site Booster licensing terms.

Installation, setup, configuration, optimization, migration, or ongoing management of Site Booster is not included in the Website Health & Monitoring service.

The customer decides whether to install or use Site Booster and which features to enable.

Where the customer is eligible for technical support for Site Booster, normal OceanWP product support remains available through the applicable support channels and according to the OceanWP Support Policy.

The complimentary Site Booster license is provided for an initial 12-month period. When the license is claimed, automatic renewal is enabled by default. Unless the customer cancels the Site Booster subscription before the renewal date, it will automatically renew at the applicable renewal price.

The customer can manage or cancel the Site Booster subscription at any time. Site Booster renewal is separate from the Health & Monitoring Services for WordPress Websites subscription, and cancelling either subscription does not automatically cancel the other.

Any Site Booster renewal payment is subject to the applicable OceanWP product terms and Refund Policy. Renewal payments are non-refundable.

29. No Guarantee of an Error-Free Website

Regular website oversight can help identify issues that may otherwise go unnoticed.

It cannot guarantee that your website will never experience errors, downtime, security incidents, broken functionality, compatibility problems, performance changes, third-party failures, or other technical issues.

Our service is designed to provide regular oversight and practical information, not an absolute guarantee of website availability, security, performance, compliance, or uninterrupted operation.

30. No Emergency or 24/7 Service

Health & Monitoring Services for WordPress Websites are recurring scheduled oversight services.

They are not emergency WordPress support.

The subscription does not include guaranteed immediate investigation or intervention between scheduled reviews.

If your website experiences a critical problem between reviews, you may need to contact your hosting provider, developer, security provider, or another appropriate service provider directly.

31. No Service-Level Agreement

Unless expressly agreed in writing, the service does not include a service-level agreement or guaranteed:

  • uptime percentage;
  • response time;
  • resolution time;
  • repair time;
  • monitoring response time;
  • review completion time to the hour.

Review scheduling and delivery are handled within the normal workflow described for the service.

32. Changes to the Website During a Review

You should avoid major website changes during an agreed review period where reasonably possible.

Changes made by you, your employees, developers, hosting provider, plugins, automated systems, or other third parties during a review may affect findings or make parts of the report inaccurate by the time it is delivered.

OceanWP is not responsible for changes made to the website by other parties before, during, or after the review.

33. Website Changes, Errors, and Unexpected Failures

WordPress websites are dynamic systems made up of WordPress itself, hosting, databases, themes, plugins, third-party services, custom code, APIs, caching systems, and many other components.

Errors or failures can occur even when reasonable precautions are taken.

A website may also develop problems between scheduled monthly reviews.

The Website Health & Monitoring service cannot guarantee that:

  • a website will remain error-free;
  • every update will complete successfully;
  • every incompatibility will be detected in advance;
  • every failed update can be reversed;
  • every website failure can be restored using the access provided;
  • a problem will not occur between scheduled reviews;
  • third-party software or services will continue operating correctly.

If we observe a serious problem during a scheduled review, we will stop unnecessary further actions and notify the customer as soon as reasonably possible.

The service provides regular oversight and reasonable professional care. It does not guarantee uninterrupted website operation or immunity from technical failure.

34. Technical Support for OceanWP Products

Website Health & Monitoring subscriptions do not replace or expand the technical support entitlement associated with OceanWP products.

If the customer uses an OceanWP product and is eligible for technical support under the applicable OceanWP license or support policy, they may continue to use the appropriate OceanWP support channels for product-related assistance.

Support availability, scope, response times, and eligibility remain subject to the applicable OceanWP Support Policy and product license.

Issues involving third-party products remain the responsibility of the applicable third-party provider unless otherwise stated.

35. WordPress Multisite

Health & Monitoring Services for WordPress Websites are intended for standard single-site WordPress installations.

WordPress Multisite networks and websites that form part of a WordPress Multisite network are not currently covered by these service plans.

Multisite installations can share WordPress core, themes, plugins, users, configuration, and other resources across multiple websites. Updates or changes made at network level may therefore affect websites that are not covered by the purchased subscription.

For this reason, a subscription cannot be applied to an individual subsite within a WordPress Multisite network.

If Multisite services become available in the future, they may be offered separately with different scope, access requirements, and pricing.

36. Ecommerce Websites

Ecommerce websites may use Health & Monitoring Services for WordPress Websites. However, the service is not an ecommerce management, transaction-testing, or payment-processing service.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, we do not test or verify:

  • payment gateways or payment processing;
  • completion of live checkout transactions;
  • credit or debit card processing;
  • PayPal or other external payment services;
  • order creation, fulfillment, refunds, or cancellations;
  • recurring payments or subscriptions;
  • taxes or shipping calculations;
  • inventory or stock management;
  • coupons or promotional rules;
  • transactional emails;
  • customer accounts or account workflows;
  • integrations with accounting, fulfillment, CRM, shipping, payment, or other external ecommerce systems.

We do not place real orders, make payments, request refunds, or use customer payment details as part of the service.

Where ecommerce pages fall within the normal front-end coverage of the selected plan, we may observe and report obvious visible problems, such as a broken page, missing resource, broken link, or obvious display issue. This does not constitute testing or verification of the ecommerce transaction process.

37. Content, Design, and Media Changes

Health & Monitoring Services for WordPress Websites provide oversight, reviews, eligible standard updates, and reporting. They do not include routine website editing or content-management work.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the service does not include:

  • creating, editing, rewriting, or publishing website content;
  • adding or editing pages, posts, products, or other content;
  • website redesign or layout changes;
  • changing fonts, colors, styling, spacing, or other visual design;
  • building new website sections, templates, headers, footers, or navigation;
  • creating or editing graphics;
  • cropping, resizing, converting, compressing, or otherwise editing images;
  • replacing website images or other media;
  • manually adding or correcting image alternative text;
  • uploading or organizing media;
  • entering or modifying product information;
  • SEO content editing;
  • custom CSS, JavaScript, PHP, or other custom code.

If a review identifies a content, design, image, or media issue, we may report it and recommend an appropriate next step. Making the change itself is not included unless specifically stated.

38. Changes to These Service Terms

We may update these Service Terms when necessary to reflect changes to the services, plans, operational processes, legal requirements, or related OceanWP policies.

The current version will be published on this page together with the date it was last updated.

Where changes materially affect an active subscription, they will apply in accordance with applicable law and the general OceanWP Terms & Conditions.
