What is Priority Support?

Priority Support is an independent support service provided by OceanWP.

Priority Support tickets are answered first and cover a more in-depth approach into setting the OceanWP theme up or troubleshoot issues related to the OceanWP theme or Ocean extensions.

How much faster is Priority Support?

Priority Support is considerably faster compared to our regular Customer support, because we answer all Priority Support tickets first.

However, the actual response time depends on the workload.

Who can buy Priority Support services?

Absolutely everyone!

If you are a free OceanWP user or a premium client, if you are in a need of our Priority Support services, you can purchase a plan that fits your needs.

I have an active premium product license. Do I need to buy Priority Support to receive support?

All premium products (OceanWP Pro aka the Bundle), Ocean eComm Treasure Box or any of the Ocean Extensions) include Customer Support services.

In order to receive Customer Support services, you need to have a valid and active license for any of the OceanWP premium products.

You don't need to purchase Priority Support in order to receive support. However, if you are in a need for that little bit extra support that is covered by Priority Support.

If you need any extra service not included in any of our support services, consider exploring services provided by independent OceanWP Experts.

I have an active premium product license. Will I get Priority Support services for free?

Some Priority Support services, such as Premium and VIP support, are included in dedicated OceanWP Pro and Ocean eCommerce premium plans.

Owners of those specified premium plans can receive the above mentioned Priority Support services upon applying for the OceanWP Bonus.

All other users who would like to make use of the Priority Support services will need to buy a Priority Support plan based on their needs.

How do you provide Priority Support services?

Priority Support services are provided using our email ticketing system.

All Priority Support customers can submit a priority support ticket through our website.

When do you provide Priority Support services?

We provide all support services, including Priority Support services, Monday to Friday, during business hours.

How can I submit a Priority Support ticket?

If you purchased any of the Priority Support plans or have received one as a part of your OceanWP Bonus, you can submit a Priority Support ticket.

To submit a Priority Support ticket, you need to be logged into our website.

When logged in, on top of this page you will see a button that allows you to create a Priority Support ticket.
